Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Representative IV to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth through our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through our partner network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint sales strategies.
  • Provide sales support and training to partners to ensure they are equipped to sell Oracle products effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of field sales experience, with at least 3 years of channel sales experience.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, including needs analysis, business justification, and closing methodologies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Negotiating skills and ability to influence.
  • Knowledge of Oracle field sales cycle and partner program.
