Job Summary & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our dynamic team in Tianjin, China. The successful candidate will be responsible for the support and development of a sophisticated equipment control software platform, which involves interactions with robot, stage, sensors, and optical systems.

The role will cover all aspects of the software lifecycle, including translating customer needs into software requirements, designing, developing, debugging software for semi-industry equipment, and maintaining and improving the performance of existing software. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the software lifecycle.
  • Translate customer needs into software requirements and designing, developing, debugging software for semi-industry equipment.
  • Develop and implement software programs.
  • Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
  • Test and maintain software products to ensure its quality.
  • Support customer issues.

Requirements

  • BS or MS degree in Computer, Physics, or Math Science.
  • 1-year professional software development experience, preferably in C++/MFC.
  • Experience in modern programming methods with emphasis on object-oriented programming.
  • Experience of working with SQL server and database.
  • Good skills in debugging multi-threaded and experience with various debugging tools.
  • Experience with Azure Devops/Git and agile development process.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Experience with C#/.Net is a plus.
  • Experience of working with SEMI-industry metrology tools is a plus.
