Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Application Engineer to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our power systems business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Infineon's power systems products and solutions, including VR controllers, power stages, and POL products.
  • Collaborate with account sales, APM, PM, and PL AE teams to achieve design wins and drive business growth.
  • Provide technical support to key customers, including product promotion, design review, system optimization, and debugging.
  • Collect and provide market trend, customer requirement, and product issue feedback to PM and R&D teams.
  • Develop and deliver customized reference designs to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Provide technical training to distribution partners and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom/server VR applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Buck converter circuit theory and key components, including MOSFETs, drivers, and controllers.
  • Understanding of feedback loop control theory and basic digital control concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with voltage regulator circuit testing and debugging.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in technical writing and speaking in English.
