IT Manager

At Solidigm, we are seeking an experienced InfoTech Manager to lead our IT team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT services.

• Oversee the management of IT services, including network, compute, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Collaborate with the global IT team to align site IT strategies with overall organizational goals.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and equipment.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to improve efficiency and security.
• Monitor IT systems performance, making recommendations for upgrades or changes as needed.
• Handle IT incidents and outages, coordinating response efforts to minimize impact on business operations.
• Manage IT projects from planning through to execution and evaluation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft/ITL/PMP/Relevant international Certificate is an added advantage.
• 5+ Yrs of relevant experience on IT, Compute & Storage.
• Proven experience in IT management particularly in network and compute domains.
• Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with various stakeholders.
