Assistant Kitchen Manager - Market Cafe

Hyatt Corporation is seeking a dedicated professional to support the seamless operation of our culinary department, ensuring alignment with our corporate strategies and brand standards. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will oversee a designated section of the kitchen, focusing on delivering a consistent and high-quality culinary experience while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing kitchen operations to meet both employee and guest expectations.
  • Supervise the assigned kitchen section, ensuring efficient and professional service.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation in accordance with Hyatt's operational guidelines.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or 3-4 years as a Chef de Partie in a reputable hotel or restaurant. Experience in luxury hospitality brands is preferred. A background in Kitchen Production or Management is advantageous. Comprehensive knowledge of food safety practices and occupational health standards is essential. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and Recipe Maintenance Systems, is desirable.
