Client Change Manager Role

HSBC is seeking a professional to join our team in the role of Client Change Manager - GLOBAL PROD. DELIVERY-RTB- TKH.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles, specifically in Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Custody, or Investment Management. They will possess strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel projects and apply robust governance standards.

The selected individual will be responsible for providing support to clients throughout the delivery of change requests, ensuring progress and issues are clearly communicated. They will also plan and control the change request delivery process, manage consistent approaches, and facilitate the client change process from identification to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients throughout the delivery of change requests.
• Plan and control the change request delivery process.
• Manage consistent approaches for the change request process.
• Facilitate the client change process.
• Produce and track key Change MI and KPIs.
• Ensure consistent governance within the CCM team.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects.
• Experience managing external clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships with C-Suite/Senior stakeholders.
