As a technology leader in the automotive industry, HARMAN International is seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the future E/E Systems and in-cabin user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the overall E/E Software architecture for vehicle systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions
  • Lead the analysis of E/E Software architecture trends and technologies
  • Develop innovative E/E – and AD/ADAS domain software architecture
  • Support technology partner and M&A analysis
Requirements
  • Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or comparable experience
  • Strong background in automotive software architecture and AD/ADAS
  • Core expertise in all E/E Software architecture domains and its cross interactions
  • Technical leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire people
  • Good understanding of Functional Safety (ISO26262) and Cybersecurity (ISO21434)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing and architecting mixed-critical systems
  • Experience in project execution, product innovation, and good understanding of product management
  • Automotive production software development experience and strong programming skills in C/C++
What Makes You Eligible
