About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive intern to join our Mission Critical Support team as a Global Incident Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing rapid response to critical incidents, stabilizing and ensuring business continuity for our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor global queues of urgent customer problems and ensure timely processing.
  • Collaborate with the CIM Duty Lead to provide daily support to the Mission Critical Support team.
  • Align, write, and upload meeting minutes to ensure seamless communication.
  • Assist CIM GC team members in their activities and projects, providing expert support and guidance.
  • Work closely with SAP Product Support and Development Support organizations to resolve complex issues.
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with SAP customers and colleagues.
  • Prepare presentations and statistical reports to analyze and improve support processes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment and driving business growth.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master's degree program applicable to the position, with a strong foundation in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Willingness to work in an international environment, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends.
