We are seeking an experienced Mathematics and Science Educator to join our team at a middle school in Shenyang. This is a full-time position available immediately.

About the School

Our school was founded through a partnership between the Liaoning Government and the Government of Canada. We offer a unique curriculum that combines the Canadian Curriculum with the IB programme framework.

Job Responsibilities

  • Teach mathematics and science to middle school students, delivering engaging and enriching learning experiences.
  • Prepare lessons, design and correct assessments, and write report comments to support student progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the school's curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing targets for improvement.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Develop supportive and safe learning environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related subject.
  • Teaching certificate.
  • At least two years of teaching experience in the subject area.
  • Excellent communication skills.
