Procurement Specialist for Capex and Indirect Spend

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at INEOS Styrolution. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for indirect spend and capital expenditures.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect categories such as MRO and Capex. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all procurement processes are in line with company policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for indirect spend and capital expenditures
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed
• Support data analysis and reporting for procurement decisions
• Participate in safety activities organized by SHE

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, with a focus on indirect categories
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and SAP
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
