Job Summary
As a Regional Director at 1215 GlaxoSmithKline (China) Investment Co Ltd, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve business objectives. Your role will involve guiding, mentoring, and developing your team to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth
1.1 Collaborate with the marketing and medical teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and develop strategies to drive business growth.
1.2 Analyze market data and identify opportunities and challenges to drive business growth.
1.3 Develop and implement business plans to achieve business objectives.
1.4 Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including academic leaders and experts.
1.5 Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
2. Team Management
2.1 Mentor and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
2.2 Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.
2.3 Implement performance management processes to ensure team members are meeting business objectives.
2.4 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve team performance.
3. Other Responsibilities
3.1 Support product launches and market access initiatives.
3.2 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
3.3 Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in medicine or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in team management.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
