Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Communications Lead to join our team in China. As a key member of our Medical Affairs team, you will be responsible for leading the creation and adaptation of medical channel content in China across the Pfizer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with International Category Medical Leads and the Global Medical Content team to ensure China content needs are included as part of the global plans.
  • Lead the Global to local, localization and adaptation of priority global medical content assets to support critical scientific data releases for assigned country/ies.
  • Manage all country medical content requests, identifying opportunities for re-use and then managing demand for in-house and external content creation resources.
  • Lead and manage the MCC Content Managers aligned to China to ensure the efficient delivery of content plans on time and to a high quality.
Requirements
  • Advanced scientific/healthcare degree required (MD, PharmD, PhD, MS, etc.)
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector, with a proven track record of leadership and collaboration.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and local language.
