Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsibilities related to operational safety, fire prevention, and environmental compliance:
• Rigorously adhere to national safety regulations and the company's operational safety management protocols.
• Conduct pre-operation safety checks and ensure all conditions are safe before commencing tasks.
• Enforce safety protocols during the daily handling of goods in the storage area to guarantee secure loading and unloading processes.
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts by contractors, excluding those operated by the production team.
• Immediately halt any unsafe practices and report to the supervisor.
• Perform on-site inspections in the storage area, promptly reporting any hazards or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Familiarize oneself with the SHE policies of the Group and the Company.

2. Warehouse Management:
Responsible for overseeing warehouse conditions, ensuring that equipment and signage meet required standards.
• Maintain optimal conditions within the warehouse environment.
• Engage in 5S, OCS, AScare, and PGI related initiatives.
• Regularly assess all warehouse conditions, including flooring, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, lighting, fire safety equipment, and other facilities to ensure compliance with safety and logistics standards, promptly addressing any issues and documenting inspections for the logistics supervisor.

3. Inventory Control:
Ensure all materials are stored in good condition, are intact, organized, and accurately accounted for.
• Strictly implement internal controls within the warehouse to safeguard raw materials and finished products; manage the execution of procedures.
• Conduct timely and regular stock counts.
• Provide weekly updates on stock quantities and conditions, reporting any anomalies immediately.
• Ensure all materials are well-maintained, complete, and orderly.
• Responsible for conducting physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy in records.
• Reconcile discrepancies in monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain product inventory at designated levels.
• Understand the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for each raw material to arrange appropriate storage conditions.
• Establish a ledger for raw materials, documenting storage locations, receipt dates, production dates, and expiration dates, and manage materials nearing expiration in accordance with procedures.
• Regularly clear finished products older than three months, recycle materials, and promptly handle defective and scrap items.
• Manage recycled packaging materials within the facility.
• Familiarity with YMS and WMS, with the ability to learn these systems as necessary.
• Analyze logistics processes and performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and implement solutions to boost efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Education & Knowledge:
- University Degree or higher, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proficient in English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (CET Band 4 or above, BEC Preliminary Level or above).
• Over 5 years of experience in logistics (or less experience with a higher education level).
• Technical Skills:
Strong safety awareness and relevant knowledge.
Familiarity with warehouse and transportation regulations.
Proficient in computer applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
Experience with SAP or major ERP systems is preferred.
