Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Compressor Service Engineer to join our team in Hangzhou. In this role, you will be responsible for the sales and after-sales service of our products, including compressors, in the designated region. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales and marketing of our products to customers in the assigned area;
- Collection and follow-up of customer service requirements, providing technical support and after-sales services;
- Installation, testing, and training of equipment; troubleshooting and fault diagnosis; maintenance and repair of devices;
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the region;
- Collections and follow-ups of receivables;
- Maintenance of accurate and secure company financial data in compliance with BCOP.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or above in engineering or a related field;
- At least two years of experience in compressor maintenance and repair, preferably with large enterprise equipment maintenance experience;
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools and computer operation;
- Effective communication and sales management skills;
- Willingness to travel.
