Clinical Development Scientist

At Philips, we are seeking a highly skilled Associate Clinical Development Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical development function, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of clinical strategies to support the launch and lifecycle management of our products.
Your Role:As an Associate Clinical Development Scientist, you will be responsible for participating in the evidence generation processes for new product introductions and lifecycle management. You will work closely with our clinical operations and business development teams to develop clinical deliverables, including clinical evaluation plans and reports, clinical trial protocols and reports, and clinical sections of regulatory submissions.
You will also participate in the CDMA process, developing clinical and health economic evidence to support market authorization, market access, and market adoption. Additionally, you will work closely with our clinical operations team to manage assigned clinical studies and support clinical literature searches and reviews.
You're the Right Fit If:- Education: Master or PhD in clinical medicine;
- Medical Experience: Cardiology, Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care Medicine Experience;
- Experience: 1-3 years' experience in clinical development function or related clinical area;
- Competencies and Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in NMPA and/or MDR regulatory requirements and clinical data interpretation;
- Effective organizing, communication, and project management skills;
- Effective verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin;
- Proficient in Biostatistics software is preferred;
