What You'll Do



  • Lead cross-functional teams developing RFI/RFQs according to HARMAN Process and maintain RFQ schedules.
  • Leverage products and platform components aligned with portfolio strategy and the overall Sales pursuit strategy.
  • Ensure RFQ milestones and reviews are prepared with expected quality levels.
  • Consolidate plans-of-record and assess risks, opportunities, assumptions, and deviations for programs.
  • Maintain dashboards for executive review of RFQ status, showing pertinent KPIs and consistent tracking.
  • Deliver technical inputs to program Business Cases.

What You Need



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • 8+ years of industry-related experience
  • Fundamental knowledge of Program Management processes in project estimation, execution, and process implementation
  • Excellent organizational skills and comfort with detailed information, including financial, technical tasks, and workstreams
  • Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • In-depth understanding of supporting business functions and principles
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective communication to all levels of the organization

What Makes You Eligible



  • 5+ years of Automotive Experience in Infotainment, Car Audio, Speakers, Electronics, Clusters, ADAS, or Central Compute Units
  • Experience working on automotive RFQs
  • Automotive business landscape knowledge
  • Will to travel up to 15% for domestic and international business
  • Will to work in an office in Novi MI, Germany, or China
  • Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
