We are seeking a dedicated Music Educator for an international educational institution. This is a full-time role that will commence with the new academic year.
About the Institution
This school integrates both Chinese and American educational methodologies to promote academic excellence and comprehensive development. The institution is committed to cultivating globally aware and well-rounded individuals in an environment that encourages intellectual, emotional, and social growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Music instruction to students across various age groups, ensuring a rich and interactive learning experience.
- Design and prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments, as well as provide constructive feedback on student performance.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance and develop the school's curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, setting achievable targets to support their academic growth.
- Communicate effectively with students and their families, providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Create a supportive and safe learning environment for all students.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience is necessary.
- Strong skills in collaboration, relationship-building, and communication within a dual immersion educational setting.
