Strategic Account Manager for Residential Kitchen Solutions

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team in the Residential Kitchen Solutions department. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with top property developers in China.
Responsibilities
- To achieve regional and national strategic partnership with top property developers in China, to build up long-term cooperative relations and to improve Franke tap, sink and appliance proportion.
- Through big client teams or working closely with distributors, establish and manage good cooperation relationships with developers, promoting project collaborations and implementations.
- Collect building project lists from key national/ regional developers and compare them with existing project tracking databases to find missing projects and increase coverage of strategic projects.
- Establish project identification and tracking systems, managing direct or distributor-cooperated project bids.
- Seek out and report on market information relevant to business innovation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- New KA customer development experience for top 100 real estate companies in China.
- Excellent communication and influence skills.
- Strong ability to integrate market information and execute it effectively.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is around ¥600,000 - ¥800,000 (approximately $85,000-$115,000 USD), depending on qualifications and experience.
