About the Role
This exciting role as a Customer Success Partner Advisor is part of SAP's global customer success organization.
As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will take ownership of customer relationships, ensuring they achieve their business goals with SAP's cloud solutions.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, develop a success plan, and provide proactive support to drive adoption and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Provide expert guidance on SAP Cloud solutions and business strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
- Identify and address customer pain points to drive growth and satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on account management and business development
- Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and business transformation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
