About this role
We are seeking a skilled Microwave Engineer to join our team at Ericsson. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, verifying, and maintaining Ericsson RBS product PA (Power Amplifier) components.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain PA components to meet project requirements
- Follow Ericsson's design and daily work process/procedures
- Perform theoretical analysis and simulation for radio design
- Verify radio performance and optimize it
- Support production as needed
Requirements
- M.S. degree or above in Microwave, wireless communication, or equivalent
- Over 5 years of experience in PA HW design
- Solid knowledge in microwave and electromagnetic fields, as well as radio circuit design
- Familiarity with radio test instruments and CAD tools
- Strong ability to learn new techniques and willingness to research up-to-date techniques
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with PA theory and state-of-the-art PA techniques used in mobile communication instruments
- Experience with radio simulation tools and analytical skills
