Pharmaceutical Representative

The Pharmaceuticals Representative will be responsible for executing company strategies to create demand and achieve targets.

Your key responsibilities will be:

1. Executing company market department strategies to create demand, complete and exceed company requirements;
2. Effectively managing target clients, understanding their situations, and arranging visit frequencies to ensure correct product information delivery;
3. Organizing independent client presentations and roundtable discussions to ensure correct prescription habits;
4. Coordinating regional promotional meetings with the market department;
5. Assisting in bidding and medical insurance affairs with the supervisor;
6. Providing timely and accurate market information feedback and updating database information and current visit information.

Desired candidate profile:

• Medical-related bachelor's degree or above;
• Over 1 year of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with excellent performance;
• Honesty, enthusiasm, and active work attitude;
• Good business acumen, learning ability, and communication skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with medical experts;
• Ability to innovate and open up new possibilities;
• Customer-centric approach;
• Self-motivation, willingness to take on challenging work under pressure;
• Good presentation skills and coordination and organizational abilities.
