We are seeking a highly qualified Psychology Teacher to join our team at an international school in Guangzhou.

Job responsibilities

• Teach the subject of psychology to high school students using the IB DP framework and ensure an engaging and enriching learning experience.
• Prepare lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, design and correct assessments, and write report comments.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and enhance the school's curriculum.
• Assess and monitor students' progress and provide targets to ensure all learners can succeed and improve.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers.
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in the related subject.
• Teaching certificate.
• Two or more years of teaching experience in the subject in higher education.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good understanding of teaching in an IB context.
