Senior Systems Architect for Advanced Technologies

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearheading system architecture initiatives for foundational platforms, with a focus on high-performance computing, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), and telematics.
- Analyzing insights from both domestic and international markets to shape the technical research directions in connectivity and autonomous driving.
- Collaborating with global research and development teams to define architectural specifications that meet local market requirements, while driving technology pre-research and product platform development.
- Overseeing updates to platform system architecture and optimizing local project architectures, contributing to the overall vehicle technology platform's architecture definition.
- Responsible for evaluating and fostering the professional development of technical talent within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields; a Doctorate is preferred. Significant experience in a chief architect role may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Extensive experience in leading roles within OEMs, internet companies, high-tech firms, or Tier 0.5/Tier 1 suppliers. Proven track record in innovative technical platform development and as a key decision-maker in the industry.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of vehicle electrical functional architecture, physical architecture, and network communication principles. Proficient in system architecture development, functional safety, and cybersecurity. Strong insights into market technology trends in the AD/Infotainment domain and overall vehicle technology.
- Skills: Excellent report writing and technical documentation abilities, alongside strong presentation skills. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Team-oriented with a positive and motivating attitude, capable of influencing and leading teams effectively.
