Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Summary:

As a Regulatory Compliance Strategist at Cadence, you will drive license compliance audits to closure in collaboration with Sales and BU teams. You will develop best practices, support data management and analytics, and work with external consulting firms to manage ongoing audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive license compliance audit to closure, in collaboration with Sales and BU teams.
  • Develop best practices for license compliance and support data management and analytics.
  • Work with external consulting firms to manage ongoing audits and identify potential risks.
  • Build strong working relationships with sales, BU, and engineering teams.
  • Drive systems strategy, infrastructure requirements, and implementation for scalable compliance processes.
  • Identify potential risks and support solutions for preventing revenue leakage.
  • Manage customers' royalty reporting history and follow up with customers when reports have errors or missing information.
  • Answer royalty-related questions and assist the royalty team in setting up royalty/contract information within the royalty reporting system.

To be successful as a Regulatory Compliance Strategist at Cadence, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management principles.
