Human Resources and Security Specialist in Yunnan Province

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources and Security Specialist to join our team in Yanshan county, Wenshan prefecture, Yunnan Province. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and security management, with experience in implementing and evaluating recruitment plans, supervising the implementation of HR systems, and managing office personnel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for corporate security management, ensuring the normal operation of the company, and issuing information from the Human Resources Department. Additionally, they will be expected to have excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a college degree or above, good English skills, and at least three years of experience in human resources management and security management in foreign companies. Familiarity with national laws, regulations, and policies is also essential.

Our company offers a competitive salary package, estimated to be around ¥180,000 - ¥220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary is based on industry standards for similar positions in the region and takes into account the cost of living in Yanshan county.
