Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Visualisation Specialist to join our team in the Italian office in Milan. As a Visualisation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers in the corporate and control room areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers in Italy and abroad.
  • Installation, repair, and troubleshooting of Barco hardware and software.
  • Assist with sales demos to promote Barco solutions.
  • Deliver product training to partners and end-users.
  • Conduct proactive analysis visits, report, and provide suggestions.
  • Collect insights and feedback from customers and partners and feed them back to product managers and R&D teams.
  • Document actions and solutions in a timely fashion.
  • Foster relationships with customers and identify service sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years) in a technical customer-facing environment in the visualization industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
  • Fluent communication skills in Italian and English, with knowledge of additional languages an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Service- and client-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with Barco products and Salesforce a plus.
  • Able to travel frequently (at least 50% of the time).

Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
