Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily tasks of electricians, ensuring proper scheduling and documentation.

2. Manage and maintain electrical distribution stations, air compressor stations, process cooling water stations, central air conditioning systems, and cooling towers.

3. Supervise the upkeep of cranes and elevators.

4. Assist in the development of annual, quarterly, and monthly maintenance plans for various equipment, including electrical distribution stations and air compressors.

5. Implement and monitor the execution of maintenance and repair plans, ensuring prompt and quality service on-site.

6. Oversee external contractor projects on-site.

Qualifications:

1. Associate degree in electromechanical or electrical engineering, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.

2. Must possess high and low voltage electrician certification.

3. Familiarity with large air compressors, central air conditioning, and cooling towers; knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.

4. Understanding of safety management procedures for special equipment such as pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, elevators, and cranes; possession of special equipment administrator A certification is preferred.

5. A minimum of 10 years of professional electrician experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

6. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, communication, coordination, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities.

7. Proficient computer skills.
