We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Audio Visual Technician to join our team. As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's audio visual equipment and systems, providing technical support for events and meetings, and performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.

• Provide technical support for audio visual equipment and systems during events and meetings
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance of AV equipment and systems
• Collaborate with the AV Supervisor to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of hotel AV systems and equipment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and trends
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues

• Basic knowledge of computer operations and software applications
• Basic English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
