We are seeking a highly skilled SFI Validation Lead to join our team at General Motors. As a key member of our validation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our automotive products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement validation strategies for new products and technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with product development.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including validation plans, test procedures, and reports.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as software engineering, automotive engineering, or battery engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in validation or quality assurance, with a strong background in automotive or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Red X, and FMEA methodologies is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) or related technologies.
  • Experience working in a matrix or cross-cultural environment.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive results-oriented projects.
  • Self-starter with a target-oriented approach and high ethics.
