Financial Strategist

Job Overview

As a Financial Strategist, your role will be to drive organizational success through the development and execution of financial strategies. Key responsibilities include managing a team of operational financial analysts, consolidating and analyzing actual results, forecasts, and budgets, conducting monthly plant reviews, product/conversion/material productivity analysis, and supporting capital investments. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with the regional/global supply chain team to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
• Manage a team of operational financial analysts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Consolidate and analyze actual results, forecasts, and budgets to provide insights for business decisions
• Conduct monthly plant reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Perform product/conversion/material productivity analysis to optimize operations and reduce costs
• Support capital investments by analyzing financial feasibility and providing recommendations
• Coordinate with regional/global supply chain team to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions
