Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and reports.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage the sales process from product marketing to quotation and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with the back office and product groups to ensure seamless order and project management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Process preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in heavy industry, with pulp and paper or manufacturing experience an advantage.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience working in a global environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer service orientation, social, communication, and team working skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and result-driven work style, with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing priorities.
