The Technical Business Development Manager role is a key position within our organization, responsible for planning, directing, and managing sales efforts in the Process Filtration sector. This includes developing a winning strategy for growth, supporting sales activities, and providing technical project support to the local team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the Process Filtration sector, including market trends, competitor information, and customer needs.
  • Supporting sales activities through technical project support, becoming the local expert for focus applications, approach options, and market insight.
  • Frequent travel to support customer visits, site assessments, product trials, technical meetings, trade shows, and sector-specific events.
  • Developing mid- and long-term requirements in terms of product validations, new product developments, market trends, and market opportunities.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry, preferably in Dairy, Plant-Based, or Food Manufacturing.
  • Strong technical understanding of filtration and process requirements in the sector.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-organized and able to develop a clear vision and structure for the global sales organization.
  • Proactive mindset, able to plan initiatives and realize actions for business growth together with the local Sales team.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or technical education in a relevant field, such as food science or process engineering.
  • Previous work experience at a filtration company active in these environments.
  • Experience with business development.
