Your Role: Leading Mechanical Engineering Excellence in ChinaWe are seeking a passionate and driven Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our rapidly growing China for China (C4C) team within PWS. You will play a pivotal role in developing groundbreaking products across various segments, including human-interface devices, personal working solutions, human-computer interaction, and emerging technologies tailored specifically for the Chinese market.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the mechanical engineering system innovation, design, and development of C4C Evolutionary-type products.
- Technology Scouting & Development: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, conduct thorough research, and drive the development of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our Chinese customers.
- Product Design & Engineering: Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of high-quality mechanical components and systems for C4C products.
- Collaboration & Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product management, software engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless product development.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in mechanical engineering and a passion for innovation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Material Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in product design and development, with a focus on consumer electronics or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
