Startup Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Commission and start up projects

• Prepare comprehensive start up reports for large projects or complete lines, including weekly progress updates

• Troubleshoot site issues under the support of project and product managers

• Coordinate and lead data collection efforts

• Train customer operators on Andritz-delivered lines and equipment

• Collaborate with customers to obtain signed start up reports upon completion

• Assist project managers in project performance testing, culminating in the issuance of a Performance Acceptance Certificate

• Provide feedback on findings, quality, and process deviations to project, product, and quality managers

• After start up, optimize systems and troubleshoot issues, preparing related reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the Pulp & Paper Industry

• Up to 3 years of experience in the Pulp & Paper Industry

• Willingness to travel locally or internationally

• Self-driven and proactive personality

• Critical thinking and solution-oriented approach

• Proficiency in English
