Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radar Expert to lead our Radar RSP development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in local Radar RSP development, leading the RSP architecture, design, simulation, and test.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Perception and function teams to optimize RSP performance
• Communicate with global teams to resolve current PF radar problems
• Develop and lead local RSP competence and team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest radar technology and trends

Requirements

• Good RSP development experience, leading the radar RSP development from 0 to 1
• Familiarity with chip solutions, such as TI 2944 and Calterah Alps-pro
• Strong understanding of radar echo signal calculation and algorithm, as well as RSP simulation
• Well-versed in radar system design and antenna MIMO array design
• Excellent English and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Team leader experience is preferred
