Test Technician

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our team at Sensata Technologies. As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for performing tests according to industry standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tests according to test standards or customer specifications
• Complete original records based on CNAS17025 requirements
• Edit test reports
• Responsible for specified 5S areas
• Develop equipment operation instructions and test instruction books
• Schedule test plans for test projects
• Prepare all related test materials
• Review specifications with design engineers to ensure all important information is included
• Discuss deviations with design engineers or customers
• Inform design engineers of any abnormalities during testing in a timely manner
• Confirm equipment calibration for related equipment

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Engineering background with testing experience preferred
• Careful, integrity, and procedure-following skills are essential
• Good hands-on and self-learning capabilities required
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in office software, including Word, Excel, and PPT
• Strong English communication skills in reading and writing
• Ability to maintain good relationships and working atmosphere within the company
• Understanding or experience with CNAS17025 is a plus
• Knowledge of TS16949 automotive quality standards is a plus
• Knowledge of quality tools, such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, and MSA, is a plus
