Associate Director, Customer Success

As an Associate Director, Customer Success at NielsenIQ, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive client engagement strategies to drive business outcomes
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
- Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and feedback to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 10+ years of experience in research or marketing, with at least 4 years in a team leader or people manager position
- Excellent client service skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas
