Job Description

As an Associate Director, Customer Success at NielsenIQ, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive client engagement strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and feedback to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in research or marketing, with at least 4 years in a team leader or people manager position
  • Excellent client service skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas
