Job Overview

At TopTutorJob, we are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Biology Teacher to join our team and contribute to the education and development of our students. The ideal candidate will be a qualified educator with a strong background in IB Biology, passionate about teaching and committed to delivering high-quality instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach a variety of Biology classes, including IB Biology, to students aged 15-18.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and ideas to enhance the overall teaching and learning experience.
  • Provide personalized feedback, guidance, and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's curriculum, ensuring alignment with IB standards and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, grades, and other relevant information.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an international school setting, preferably with IB Biology experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction, achieving academic success, and promoting student engagement and motivation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Native English speaker or fluency in English, with a strong command of the language.
