The Role.

• Perform a wide variety of services with no (minimum) assistance and guidance from in-house support staff to improve the customers' satisfaction.
• Independently execute onsite services, improving customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and troubleshoot by correct judgment and detection to solve faults with the right parts.
• Comprehensive analysis and fault elimination, accurate judgment of fault causes, and use of suitable spare parts to solve faults.
• Improve onsite service productivity, especially for start-up commissioning.
• Enhance onsite service efficiency, particularly during startup debugging.
• Communicate with customers politely and reasonably to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Professional and effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete required field documentation and reports, and electronically transmit appropriate completed reports in a timely fashion as dictated by company policy and departmental procedures.
• Field service reports and time reports as required by company policy and departmental procedures.
• Frequent travel as required and obey the engineer dispatch arrangement – both domestic and international.
• Domestic and international travel as required, following engineer dispatch arrangements.
• Provide proposals and spare parts to promote our service business.
• Support and promote our service business with suitable proposals and spare parts.

  Your Profile.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in power electronics, electric engineering, automation, or related fields, especially research, engineering, testing, or service related to drive and motor products.
  • Power electronics, electrical engineering, automation, or related fields, with a bachelor's degree or above, and experience in research, engineering, testing, or service related to drive and motor products.
  • Familiar with electrical drive knowledge, Vector Control, V/F control, and PWM knowledge.
  • Knowledge of electrical drive knowledge, Vector Control, V/F control, and PWM.
  • Basic fault analysis capability and troubleshooting experience.
  • Basic fault analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication capability and presentation skill.
