Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-driven individual to join our HR team as an HR Trainee. As an HR Trainee, you will be responsible for handling the entire employee life cycle, from new arrival to termination. This includes onboarding, new employee orientation, probation, internal transfer, and termination.

You will also be the primary contact for HSE-related matters, managing employee occupational health files, coordinating training and testing for employee certificates, and assisting with training organization.

Additionally, you will assist with recruitment, including job posting, CV and phone screening, interview arrangement, and other assigned works.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high level of responsibility, a detail-driven mindset, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have good knowledge of MS-Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and a good command of English writing and speaking.
