Position Overview

As an integral part of our educational team at CGC, you will work closely with teaching assistants to guide young learners on their educational journey from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Daily Lessons: Engage kindergarten students aged 3-6 in structured learning activities as outlined by the institution.
  • Creating an Immersive English Environment: Foster an engaging atmosphere that enhances children's English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Lesson Planning and Management: Develop lesson plans, manage daily classroom activities, and organize educational experiences.
  • Utilizing Diverse Teaching Resources: Incorporate games, music, literature, art, technology, and various materials to teach foundational skills and promote child development.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside fellow educators and staff to cultivate a nurturing and effective learning environment.
  • Personalized Instruction: Assist children in achieving educational milestones through tailored instruction and regularly assess their performance and progress.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 120-hour TEFL certification or a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
  • Strong English communication skills.
