About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Line Management Specialist to join our Global Product Line Management Team. This position will be responsible for executing new products to our Regional Business Units in a timely and profitable manner. This includes providing a clear product roadmap and timeline to deliver differentiated and profitable growth over the product life-cycle based on a deep understanding of customer and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies to meet customer and market needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development and launch timelines are met
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage product benchmarking and competitive analysis
- Develop and maintain product documentation and marketing materials
- Coordinate with regional teams to define market promotion strategies and prepare necessary documents or videos
- Manage customer documents and coordinate preparation of customer documents and deliver properly based on customer requirement
- Support internal reporting documentation preparation
- Manage product promotion channels and monitor technical trends
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of audio products and industry trends
- Knowledge of writing product definitions or other technical documents
- Basic technical understanding of key components of a professional or consumer audio system
- Fluent English language skills
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the audio industry or similar industry
- Bachelor's degree or above
Preferred Qualifications
- Major in marketing or engineering with 3 years' experience in the professional or consumer audio industry
- Experience working in a global team
