Job Title: Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our global competence team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing the B2B2C journey roadmap and other system relevant to the China market and other APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a feasible B2B2C roadmap and solutions that comply with Conti Cybersecurity and data protection laws.
• Analyze and assess different technology platforms and trends in the China market and APAC market.
• Participate in technology evaluation and selection, including prototyping.
• Ensure solution sustainability for both new and existing applications.
• Review the current applications landscape to promote standardization and harmonization.
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams, both internal and external vendors, through proper governance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including Local IT, Central Key Users in Germany, and competence centers at IT Hub Petaling Jaya.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of distributor management, retail management, e-commerce, and customer engagement.
• Proven track record of working experience (7+ years) as an architect or project manager.
• Knowledgeable about all phases of the software development life cycle, Agile, and PI, and solution delivery for web, client-server, and cloud-based systems.
• Good knowledge of modern software engineering principles and best practices.
• Good knowledge of the latest technology platforms specifically related to APAC and China landscape.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Flutter, React Native, Azure, Java, Spring boot, Angular, and Postgres.
• Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and solution-oriented individual.
