Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our team at 112 Flextronics Medical Device Manufacturing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. This role will involve working closely with our QA Sr. manager to ensure the highest quality standards are met in our medical device manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the quality assurance team to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
- Conduct internal audits and training to ensure quality systems are in place.
- Prepare quality reports and establish quality improvement programs.
- Manage equipment calibration and administration works.
- Participate in quality system planning, development, and improvement.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of quality working experience, with a background in medical device quality preferred.
- Experience in high precision injection molding and biochemical manufacturing environments.
- Good English, Cantonese, and Mandarin language skills.
- People management experience and leadership skills.
