Job Overview

The Project Manager holds the primary accountability for achieving the outcomes of the project in alignment with the project agreement, focusing on key objectives such as:
- Technical specifications
- Development expenses
- Product pricing
- Timelines
- Quality assurance

Key Responsibilities
- Methodically oversee RPP project management to meet RPP targets
- Facilitate RPP ideation, feasibility assessments, and business case evaluations
- Establish and maintain a project structure with clear communication and reporting lines
- Direct project team members, sub-projects, and specialized teams within the project scope
- Strategically plan, adjust, and manage project phases and product prototypes
- Define Mechanical Engineering requirements, confirm current status, and conduct reviews
- Execute Mechanical Engineering tasks (platform)
- Organize sample design across various phases
- Outline activities for Mechanical Engineering release
- Identify, estimate work packages, and formulate timelines
- Develop and refine the Project Management Plan, securing necessary approvals
- Monitor, manage, and revise project plans as needed
- Establish product cost targets
- Implement project cost management
- Handle Change Requests, project risks, and issues
- Prepare for project reviews
- Coordinate sample production and procurement

Required Qualifications

Educational Background and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (7+ years) or Master's degree (5+ years) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related disciplines

Technical Expertise
- Possesses a solid understanding of plastic/metal materials and processes, PCB technology, and assembly techniques
- Familiarity with product cost estimation
- Experience in product development engineering processes or engineering ratio projects

Interpersonal Skills
- Strong intercultural communication skills
- Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Fluent in English
- Resilient and self-driven
- Capable of managing challenging discussions and group dynamics
- Quick to identify common ground for problem-solving

Certifications
- PMP certification is required; NPDP certification is a plus
