Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sommelier to join our team at the Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center.
  • Ensure the financial success of the outlet by operating within budget and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. A minimum of 2 years' work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards is required.
