We are seeking a highly skilled Vocal Music Professor to join our faculty at an esteemed Art College in Chengdu. This is a full-time position available starting February or August 2025.

About Our Institution

Our Art College was established in 2017 and has since grown to become a leading educational institution with nine undergraduate specialties, including visual communication design, environmental design, product design, animation, painting, broadcast and TV directing, music performance, dance performance, and digital media technology. We also offer one master's degree authorization point in art, covering four research fields: art design, fine arts, radio and television, and music performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Teach vocal music courses to college students, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
  • Prepare lessons and lectures, tutor techniques, design assessments, correct assignments, and write report comments
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and enhance our curriculum
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing targets for success and improvement
  • Offer clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents/caregivers
  • Create supportive and safe learning environments

Requirements

  • Master's degree or above in the related subject
  • Teaching certificate
  • Two or more years of teaching experience in higher education
  • Excellent communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual Salary range: 180,000 - 250,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
