This role offers a unique opportunity to join our esteemed team at Ashland Chemicals (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. in a crucial capacity within the quality assurance sector. Reporting directly to the QA/GMP Supervisor, you will play a significant role in ensuring the integrity of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety in processes and uphold high standards of product quality.
- Serve as the on-site quality assurance representative for pharmaceutical and biotechnology production.
- Coordinate the establishment, maintenance, and enhancement of management system procedures and documentation related to quality management.
- Conduct internal GMP audits to ensure compliance.
- Facilitate external audits and respond to customer inquiries and questionnaires.
- Act as an advocate for customers by managing changes effectively.
- Address customer concerns and improvement projects, investigating root causes of complaints and implementing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to manage non-conforming materials and ensure compliance with ISO9000 standards and GMP requirements.
- Provide technical support to the analytical laboratory, ensuring understanding of product quality and specifications.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of applicable GMP regulations.
- Experience in on-site management for at least three years is essential.
- Proficient written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated ethical behavior and responsibility.
- Adept at driving value through informed decision-making and innovative thinking.
Preferred Skills:
- International experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with GMP laboratory standards is preferred.
