Job Title: Consumer Marketing Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Marketing Director to lead our consumer activation strategy for Allergan Aesthetics portfolio brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing dynamics and consumer trends, with excellent strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive consumer activation strategy to drive business growth and brand leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective media planning and execution.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and opportunities to drive innovation in consumer activation.
- Influence management and peers to achieve business goals.
- Manage a larger team to drive results and inspire confidence and leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 10-15 years of marketing experience, including brand marketing, digital marketing, and advertising.
- Proven track record of driving results and leading teams.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, team spirit, and a can-do attitude.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, both verbal and written.
