Welding Technician

Job Responsibilities:
1. Proficiently operate welding machinery and conduct pre-use inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
2. Deliver high-quality work in accordance with engineering specifications and drawings.
3. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
4. Adhere strictly to company policies, regulations, and procedures to maintain expected conduct and performance standards.
5. Possess knowledge of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 quality management systems.
6. Participate in the production and support activities related to advanced technology products.
Job Requirements:
1. Technical school education or equivalent.
2. A minimum of three to five years of relevant work experience.
3. Ability to read technical drawings and hold a valid welding operation certification.
4. Over three years of welding experience with proficiency in various welding techniques.
5. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and workflows.
6. Capability to operate welding robots is preferred.
